The Proto Hub Return Policy

The Proto Hub operates as a digital services platform, not a physical goods provider.
Therefore, we do not accept returns. All services, including prototype uploads, subscriptions, and investor access are delivered electronically.

  • No physical products are shipped.
  • Once a subscription or service is activated, it cannot be ‘returned’.
  • In case of technical issues (such as subscription not activated or failure in video uploads),users must contact our support team within 7 days of purchase for resolution.
