B. Viewing Conditions

- Downloading, screen recording, or redistribution of prototype videos is strictly prohibited unless explicitly permitted by the Designer under a valid license.
C. Usage Restrictions
- Investors may not use prototype videos for commercial, promotional, or derivative purposes without obtaining appropriate rights from the Designer.
- All content remains the intellectual property of the submitting Designer and is protected under applicable copyright and licensing laws.
- Misuse of video content may result in account suspension, legal action, or platform enforcement measures.
D. Logging and Oversight

- The Proto Hub may monitor viewing behavior to detect misuse, enforce licensing terms, and maintain platform integrity.

C. Enforcement and Liability
- Violations of these restrictions may result in account suspension, access revocation, or legal action.

C. Investor-Initiated Termination

- The Proto Hub does not guarantee employment, hiring outcomes, or contractual engagement with Designers featured on the platform.
- Investor access to prototype content is intended solely for evaluation, inspiration, and potential collaboration—not for recruitment or staffing purposes.
- Any professional relationship formed between an Investor and a Designer is independent of the platform and governed by separate terms agreed upon by the parties.
B. No Advisory or Brokerage Services
- The platform does not provide investment advice, matchmaking services, or business brokerage support.
- Investors are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before initiating contact, negotiation, or partnership with any Designer.

10. No Refunds : All payments made by Investors on The Proto Hub—whether for subscription plans or platform services—are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated in the Refund Policy.

- Share login credentials or grant unauthorized third-party access
- Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, or violates intellectual property rights
- Exploit platform vulnerabilities or interfere with its technical operations
C. Monitoring and Enforcement
- The Proto Hub reserves the right to monitor Investor activity for compliance, security, and dispute resolution purposes.
- Violations may result in corrective actions including content access restriction, account suspension, or permanent termination.
- Enforcement decisions are made at the sole discretion of the platform and may be executed without prior notice.

Platform Rights Regarding Prohibited Conduct : The Proto Hub reserves the right to investigate, restrict, or revoke Investor access in response to any conduct that violates platform policies, applicable laws, or ethical standards. - Breaches of licensing, privacy, or intellectual property terms
B. Corrective Measures

- The Proto Hub does not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or market readiness of any submission.

B. Investor Responsibility
- Investors acknowledge that all video content is submitted by Designers. The Proto Hub does not verify or guarantee the accuracy, legality, or representational integrity of such content.
- Investors agree to treat all content as conceptual and exploratory unless separately validated through direct engagement or contractual agreement.
C. Investor Discretion
- Investors must exercise independent judgment and conduct appropriate due diligence before relying on any prototype video for investment, partnership, or commercial decision-making.
- The Proto Hub does not endorse, guarantee, or assume liability for any outcomes resulting from reliance on video content.
By using The Proto Hub, Investors acknowledge and accept that prototype videos are not independently authenticated by the platform and agree to evaluate all content at their own discretion and risk.
17. Enforcement & Platform Actions : Investors using The Proto Hub are granted access to sensitive, watermarked prototype showcase content and are expected to act with professionalism, discretion, and legal compliance. Any misuse or breach of platform policies will result in strict enforcement actions.
A. Enforcement Measures
- ⚠️ Issue formal warnings for minor or first‑time violations
- 🚫 Restrict or revoke access to prototype showcase dashboards and Designer content
- 🔒 Suspend or permanently terminate the Investor’s account without prior notice
- 🧾 Withhold access to previously viewed showcase prototypes or engagement history

- 🧾 Provide verified logs, timestamps, and watermarked access records for legal investigations
- 🛑 Block future registration attempts or IP‑based access if abuse is repeated or severe
B. Violations May Include (Non-Exhaustive)
- Unauthorized copying, downloading, or redistribution of watermarked showcase content
- Misrepresentation of identity, investment intent, or affiliation
- Attempts to bypass subscription, licensing, or watermark protections
- Harassment, solicitation, or unethical engagement with Designers

C. Misuse of Prototype Content & Legal Support
- If an Investor is found to have misused, copied, or reused a Designer’s prototype idea, video, or showcase content without permission, The Proto Hub will:
- Review access logs, timestamps, and watermarked video records
- Provide the affected Designer with supporting documentation for legal claims
- Cooperate with legal authorities upon valid request
- The platform does not act as a legal arbitrator but serves as a neutral record keeper.
D. Platform Liability
- The Proto Hub is not liable for damages arising from unauthorized use of watermarked showcase content by Investors or third parties.
- Investors are solely responsible for conducting due diligence and complying with all platform policies and applicable laws.
18. Platform Not Liable for Prototype-Related Queries: All questions, clarifications, or communication regarding a prototype must be made directly with the respective Designer.
The Platform is not responsible for:
- Misunderstandings
- Miscommunication
- Disputes
- Incorrect information provided by the Designer
- Any losses or damages arising from reliance on prototype content
The Platform will not mediate or intervene in any Designer–Investor communication or dispute.
19. Disclaimer : The Proto Hub is a content certification and discovery platform that facilitates access to Designer-submitted prototypes. It does not independently verify the technical accuracy, commercial viability, or originality of the content beyond procedural certification protocols.
A. No Endorsement or Guarantee
- The Proto Hub does not endorse, validate, or guarantee the functionality, feasibility, or investment potential of any prototype featured on the platform.
- Certification confirms only the timestamp, submission identity, and metadata—not the truthfulness or performance of the prototype itself.
- Investors are solely responsible for conducting independent due diligence before making any investment, partnership, or engagement decision.
B. No Advisory Role
- The platform does not provide investment advice, business recommendations, or matchmaking services.
- All decisions made by Investors based on platform content are at their own discretion and risk.

By using The Proto Hub, Investors acknowledge and accept the platform’s limited role in content verification and agree to rely on their own judgment when evaluating Designer submissions.
20. Acceptance of policies : By submitting content, creating an account, or using any feature of The Proto Hub, Investor expressly acknowledge and agree to comply with all applicable platform policies and legal terms. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Watermark Policy
- Data Retention Policy
- Prototype Originality & Dispute Policy
- Refund Policy
- Return Policy
- Shipping / Delivery Policy (Digital Services)

These policies collectively govern the use, protection, certification, and visibility of Designer-submitted content. Continued use of the platform constitutes binding acceptance of the most current versions of these policies, as published on theprotohub.com.
Investor are responsible for reviewing these policies periodically and ensuring that their submissions, conduct, and account activity remain in full compliance.
