1. - Access to certified prototype videos and the Showcase page is limited to Investors who have successfully completed platform verification, accepted the applicable terms, and hold an active subscription under the designated plan.
-  Investor access is subject to Designer-defined visibility settings and may differ by submission, category, or licensing arrangement.
- The ProtoHub reserves the right to adjust or revoke access privileges at any time in accordance with policy updates, account status changes, or compliance requirements.
B. Viewing Conditions
- Investors may view watermarked versions of certified prototype videos through their authenticated dashboard.
- Videos are presented with submission metadata, Designer credentials, and certification timestamps for context and traceability.
- Downloading, screen recording, or redistribution of prototype videos is strictly prohibited unless explicitly permitted by the Designer under a valid license.
C. Usage Restrictions
- Investors may not use prototype videos for commercial, promotional, or derivative purposes without obtaining appropriate rights from the Designer.
- All content remains the intellectual property of the submitting Designer and is protected under applicable copyright and licensing laws.
- Misuse of video content may result in account suspension, legal action, or platform enforcement measures.
D. Logging and Oversight
- All video access is logged for transparency, analytics, and dispute resolution.
- The Proto Hub may monitor viewing behavior to detect misuse, enforce licensing terms, and maintain platform integrity.
- Investors may request access logs or engagement summaries related to viewed content via the Contact Us page.
By accessing prototype videos, Investors agree to comply with all platform policies, respect Designer rights, and use content solely for evaluation and engagement within the scope permitted by The Proto Hub.
3. Restrictions on Use : Investors accessing The Proto Hub agree to use the platform and its content solely for lawful, evaluative, and non-commercial purposes, in accordance with the Terms & Conditions and all applicable policies. Unauthorized use of Designer-submitted content, platform features, or proprietary systems is strictly prohibited.
A. Permitted Use
- Investors may view certified prototype videos, metadata, and Designer profiles for the purpose of discovery, evaluation, and potential engagement.
- Access to platform content is restricted to authenticated users. All visibility controls and publishing rights are exclusively managed by the Platform Administrator. Designers can only create and submit draft content for review. Draft and published content are accessible to the Administrator for verification and moderation purposes.
- All usage must respect the intellectual property rights and licensing terms associated with each submission.
B. Prohibited Use
Investors shall not:
- Download, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display prototype videos without explicit permission from the Designer
- Use content for commercial, promotional, or derivative purposes without a valid license agreement
- Attempt to bypass watermarking, certification protocols, or access controls
- Misrepresent their identity, affiliation, or intent when interacting with Designers or viewing content
- Engage in scraping, automated data extraction, or reverse engineering of platform features or content
- Share login credentials or grant unauthorized third-party access to the platform
C. Enforcement and Liability
- Violations of these restrictions may result in account suspension, access revocation, or legal action.
- The Proto Hub reserves the right to monitor usage behavior, investigate misuse, and enforce penalties in accordance with its Enforcement Policy.
- Investors are solely responsible for any consequences arising from unauthorized or unethical use of platform content.
By accessing The Proto Hub, Investors acknowledge and accept these restrictions and agree to uphold the platform’s standards of ethical engagement, content protection, and professional conduct.

All financial transactions and associated data are governed by the platform’s Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and applicable financial regulations.

All reports are handled in accordance with the platform’s enforcement procedures and applicable legal standards.

- Investors may report suspected policy violations, content misuse, or engagement misconduct via the Contact Us page, selecting the appropriate category for review.
- Reports must include relevant details such as submission ID, Designer name, and a clear description of the issue.
- The Proto Hub reviews all reports in a timely manner and may request additional documentation to support investigation.

8. Termination : The Proto Hub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate Investor accounts at its sole discretion, in accordance with platform policies, applicable laws, and operational integrity standards.
A. Grounds for Termination
Investor accounts may be terminated for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Violation of the Terms & Conditions or any applicable platform policies
- Unauthorized use or redistribution of Designer-submitted content
- Misrepresentation of identity, affiliation, or engagement intent
- Abuse of platform features, communication channels, or certification tools
- Repeated or severe breaches of privacy, licensing, or ethical conduct standards
B. Platform-Initiated Termination
- The Proto Hub may initiate termination with or without prior notice, depending on the severity and nature of the violation.
- Terminated accounts may lose access to certified content, engagement history, and premium features.
- The platform may retain relevant access logs and submission records for audit, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
C. Investor-Initiated Termination
- Investors may request account closure at any time via the Contact Us page .

D. Finality and Liability

9. No Job Guarantee or Related Services : The Proto Hub is a content certification and discovery platform designed to facilitate access to Designer-submitted prototypes and innovation showcases. It does not function as a recruitment agency, employment service, or job placement provider.
A. No Employment Guarantee
- The Proto Hub does not guarantee employment, hiring outcomes, or contractual engagement with Designers featured on the platform.
- Investor access to prototype content is intended solely for evaluation, inspiration, and potential collaboration—not for recruitment or staffing purposes.
- Any professional relationship formed between an Investor and a Designer is independent of the platform and governed by separate terms agreed upon by the parties.
B. No Advisory or Brokerage Services
- The platform does not provide investment advice, matchmaking services, or business brokerage support.
- Investors are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before initiating contact, negotiation, or partnership with any Designer.
- The Proto Hub does not mediate, endorse, or validate the commercial viability of submitted prototypes.
C. Independent Engagement
- All engagements, communications, or transactions between Investors and Designers occur outside the scope of The Proto Hub’s operational responsibility.
- The platform is not liable for any outcomes, disputes, or representations arising from such interactions.
By using The Proto Hub, Investors acknowledge that the platform is not an employment or investment intermediary and that no job placement, hiring, or advisory services are offered or implied.
10. No Refunds : All payments made by Investors on The Proto Hub—whether for subscription plans or platform services—are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated in the Refund Policy.
A. Finality of Transactions
- Upon successful payment processing, no refunds, chargebacks, or reversals will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of interest or investment intent
- Dissatisfaction with platform content or features
- Inactivity or non-usage of account privileges
- Termination of account due to policy violations

- If an Investor does not agree to the updated terms, they must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure via the Contact Us page.

- Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to Investor use of The Proto Hub shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
- Investors agree to submit to the personal and territorial jurisdiction of these courts for the resolution of any such matters.

- Investors accessing The Proto Hub from outside India are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
- The platform does not guarantee that its services, policies, or content are appropriate or lawful in jurisdictions outside India.
C. Language and Interpretation

User Conduct and Prohibited Activities : Investors accessing The Proto Hub are expected to maintain professional conduct and adhere to all platform policies, legal obligations, and ethical standards. Any misuse of platform features, content, or communication channels may result in enforcement actions, including account suspension or termination.
A. Expected Conduct
- Investors shall engage respectfully with Designers and other platform users.
- All interactions must reflect professional intent, lawful behavior, and good faith engagement.
- Investors must use platform features solely for their intended purpose, including prototype evaluation, discovery, and potential collaboration.
B. Prohibited Activities
Investors shall not:
- Misrepresent their identity, affiliation, or investment intent
- Download, reproduce, or redistribute Designer-submitted content without explicit permission
- Attempt to bypass watermarking, certification, or access controls
- Engage in harassment, solicitation, or coercive behavior toward Designers
- Use automated tools, bots, or scraping techniques to extract platform data
- Share login credentials or grant unauthorized third-party access
- Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, or violates intellectual property rights
- Exploit platform vulnerabilities or interfere with its technical operations
C. Monitoring and Enforcement
- The Proto Hub reserves the right to monitor Investor activity for compliance, security, and dispute resolution purposes.
- Violations may result in corrective actions including content access restriction, account suspension, or permanent termination.
- Enforcement decisions are made at the sole discretion of the platform and may be executed without prior notice.
By using The Proto Hub, Investors acknowledge and accept their responsibility to uphold platform standards and refrain from any activity that compromises the integrity, safety, or lawful operation of the platform.
14. Platform Rights Regarding Prohibited Conduct : The Proto Hub reserves the right to investigate, restrict, or revoke Investor access in response to any conduct that violates platform policies, applicable laws, or ethical standards. These rights are exercised to preserve the integrity, safety, and lawful operation of the platform.
A. Enforcement Authority
- The platform may take corrective action against any Investor account engaged in prohibited activities, including but not limited to:
- Misuse of Designer-submitted content
- Unauthorized data extraction or redistribution
- Harassment, impersonation, or deceptive engagement
- Attempts to bypass platform security or certification protocols
- Breaches of licensing, privacy, or intellectual property terms
B. Corrective Measures
- Platform actions may include content access restriction, account suspension, permanent termination, or reporting to relevant authorities.
- The Proto Hub may retain access logs, submission records, and communication metadata to support enforcement decisions and legal compliance.
- Enforcement may be executed with or without prior notice, depending on the severity and nature of the violation.
C. No Liability
- The Proto Hub is not liable for any loss of access, opportunity, or reputation resulting from enforcement actions taken in accordance with published policies.
- Investors waive any claim against the platform for outcomes arising from prohibited conduct or corrective measures.
By using The Proto Hub, Investors acknowledge and accept the platform’s right to enforce its standards and take appropriate action against any conduct that compromises its operational integrity or user safety.
15. Reliance on Prototype Videos and Due Diligence : Prototype videos featured on The Proto Hub are submitted directly by Designers and certified only for submission metadata, timestamp, and identity. The platform does not independently verify the technical accuracy, commercial feasibility, or originality of the content beyond procedural certification protocols.
A. Informational Purpose Only
- Prototype videos are intended for exploratory viewing, conceptual evaluation, and preliminary engagement.
- The Proto Hub does not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or market readiness of any submission.
- Investors must treat all content as informational and non-binding unless separately licensed or contractually agreed upon with the Designer.
B. Independent Due Diligence
- Investors are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before initiating any investment, partnership, or commercial engagement.
- This includes verifying technical claims, assessing market potential, reviewing intellectual property status, and evaluating Designer credentials.
- The Proto Hub does not provide advisory services, investment recommendations, or matchmaking support.
C. No Liability
- The platform is not liable for any financial, reputational, or operational outcomes resulting from reliance on prototype videos or related metadata.
- Investors waive any claim against The Proto Hub for decisions made based on content accessed through the platform.
By using The Proto Hub, Investors acknowledge that reliance on prototype videos is at their own discretion and agree to perform independent due diligence prior to any engagement.
16. Platform Disclaimer Regarding Video Authenticity : The Proto Hub provides access to prototype videos submitted by Designers for the purposes of discovery, evaluation, and engagement. While each submission undergoes procedural certification for metadata, identity, and timestamp, the platform does not independently verify the authenticity, accuracy, or feasibility of the content depicted in the videos.
A. No Technical Validation
-  The Proto Hub does not audit, test, or validate the underlying technology, claims, or functionality presented in prototype videos.
- Certification confirms only the submission origin, timing, and associated metadata—not the truthfulness, originality, or performance of the prototype itself.
B. Investor Responsibility
- Investors acknowledge that all video content is submitted by Designers. The Proto Hub does not verify or guarantee the accuracy, legality, or representational integrity of such content.
- Investors agree to treat all content as conceptual and exploratory unless separately validated through direct engagement or contractual agreement.
C. Investor Discretion
- Investors must exercise independent judgment and conduct appropriate due diligence before relying on any prototype video for investment, partnership, or commercial decision-making.
- The Proto Hub does not endorse, guarantee, or assume liability for any outcomes resulting from reliance on video content.
By using The Proto Hub, Investors acknowledge and accept that prototype videos are not independently authenticated by the platform and agree to evaluate all content at their own discretion and risk.
17. Enforcement & Platform Actions  :  Investors using The Proto Hub are granted access to sensitive, watermarked prototype showcase content and are expected to act with professionalism, discretion, and legal compliance. Any misuse or breach of platform policies will result in strict enforcement actions.
A. Enforcement Measures
- ⚠️ Issue formal warnings for minor or first‑time violations
- 🚫 Restrict or revoke access to prototype showcase dashboards and Designer content
- 🔒 Suspend or permanently terminate the Investor’s account without prior notice
- 🧾 Withhold access to previously viewed showcase prototypes or engagement history
- 📩 Report fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity to legal or regulatory authorities
- 🧾 Provide verified logs, timestamps, and watermarked access records for legal investigations
- 🛑 Block future registration attempts or IP‑based access if abuse is repeated or severe
B. Violations May Include (Non-Exhaustive)
- Unauthorized copying, downloading, or redistribution of watermarked showcase content
- Misrepresentation of identity, investment intent, or affiliation
- Attempts to bypass subscription, licensing, or watermark protections
- Harassment, solicitation, or unethical engagement with Designers
- Uploading or sharing prohibited content via platform channels
C. Misuse of Prototype Content & Legal Support
- If an Investor is found to have misused, copied, or reused a Designer’s prototype idea, video, or showcase content without permission, The Proto Hub will:
      - Review access logs, timestamps, and watermarked video records
     - Provide the affected Designer with supporting documentation for legal claims
     - Cooperate with legal authorities upon valid request
- The platform does not act as a legal arbitrator but serves as a neutral record keeper.
D. Platform Liability
- The Proto Hub is not liable for damages arising from unauthorized use of watermarked showcase content by Investors or third parties.
- Investors are solely responsible for conducting due diligence and complying with all platform policies and applicable laws.
18. Platform Not Liable for Prototype-Related Queries:  All questions, clarifications, or communication regarding a prototype must be made directly with the respective Designer.
The Platform is not responsible for:
- Misunderstandings
- Miscommunication
- Disputes
- Incorrect information provided by the Designer
- Any losses or damages arising from reliance on prototype content
The Platform will not mediate or intervene in any Designer–Investor communication or dispute.
19. Disclaimer : The Proto Hub is a content certification and discovery platform that facilitates access to Designer-submitted prototypes. It does not independently verify the technical accuracy, commercial viability, or originality of the content beyond procedural certification protocols.
A. No Endorsement or Guarantee
- The Proto Hub does not endorse, validate, or guarantee the functionality, feasibility, or investment potential of any prototype featured on the platform.
- Certification confirms only the timestamp, submission identity, and metadata—not the truthfulness or performance of the prototype itself.
- Investors are solely responsible for conducting independent due diligence before making any investment, partnership, or engagement decision.
B. No Advisory Role
- The platform does not provide investment advice, business recommendations, or matchmaking services.
- All decisions made by Investors based on platform content are at their own discretion and risk.
- The Proto Hub is not liable for any financial, reputational, or operational outcomes resulting from Investor-Designer interactions.
C. Content Limitations
- Submitted videos and metadata are provided by Designers and may contain forward-looking statements, conceptual visuals, or unverified claims.
- The Proto Hub does not audit, test, or validate the underlying technology or market readiness of any submission.
- Viewer discretion is advised, and content should be interpreted as exploratory rather than conclusive.
By using The Proto Hub, Investors acknowledge and accept the platform’s limited role in content verification and agree to rely on their own judgment when evaluating Designer submissions.
20. Acceptance of policies : By submitting content, creating an account, or using any feature of The Proto Hub, Investor expressly acknowledge and agree to comply with all applicable platform policies and legal terms. This includes, but is not limited to: 
- Privacy Policy 
- Watermark Policy
- Data Retention Policy 
- Prototype Originality & Dispute Policy 
- Refund Policy 
- Return Policy 
- Shipping / Delivery Policy (Digital Services)

These policies collectively govern the use, protection, certification, and visibility of Designer-submitted content. Continued use of the platform constitutes binding acceptance of the most current versions of these policies, as published on theprotohub.com.
